The terms of service related to services provided under the name of Design Thinking Solutions, LLC or Drone Pilots of St. Louis, herein referred to as “companies”. The companies provide aerial photography services and 3D modeling focusing on relative accuracy. We strive for customer satisfaction and operate under open communication with the customer, if we have a problem or delay you’ll know immediately, if we can’t do something you’ll know immediately.

No Georeferencing

The companies do not provide surveying services therefore do not provide the following services:

• Absolute accuracy (where an object is in the world)
• The determination, location, relocation, establishment, reestablishment, layout, or retracing of land descriptions boundaries and positions of the United States Public Land Survey System;
• The monumentation of land boundaries, land boundary corners and corners of the United States Public Land Survey System;
• The subdivision of land into smaller tracts and preparation of property descriptions;
• The survey and location of rights-of-way and easements;
• Creating, preparing, or modifying electronic or computerized data relative to the performance of the activities in subdivisions (1) to (3) of this subsection;
• Consultation, investigation, design surveys, evaluation, planning, design and execution of surveys;
• Monumentation of geodetic control and the determination of their horizontal and vertical positions;
• Establishment of state plane coordinates;
• Topographic surveys and the determination of the horizontal and vertical location of any physical features on, under or above the land;
• The preparation of plats, maps or other drawings showing elevations and the locations of improvements and the measurement and preparation of drawings showing existing improvements after construction;
• Layout of proposed improvements;
• The determination of azimuths by astronomic observations.

File Storage

Client deliverables are retained per the time stated in the proposal. The Client is urged to download all deliverables prior to the expiration. We have storage limits but are happy to suggest storage options that our customers can consider as needed.
